Our expert baking teams are up before dawn each day mixing and layering phyllo dough, grinding cashews and other nuts, and hand-picking pistachios. Each tray of buttery baklava is meticulously handcrafted and prepared for baking. Once golden, simple-syrup is applied with a touch of honey, and your fresh baklava is set aside to cool before our fulfillment team carefully packages and ships your baklava to you. Your shortbread cookies are crafted with the same attention and dedication. Sourcing the finest ingredients while staying true to centuries-old traditions and recipes is our commitment to you.
