FAQ
Storing & Preserving
Baklava tastes best at its freshest. We recommend enjoying your baklava within 10-14 days of opening your package.
Store your fresh baklava in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to preserve its texture and taste.
If you do not plan on enjoying your baklava right away, it can be stored in the refrigerator. Remove and let fully rise to room temperature before enjoying. There are some who freeze baklava. While that won't ruin your baklava, the taste and texture can often change. We do not recommend freezing. Heating your baklava will affect the syrup and alter the taste. It is not recommended.
Ingredients & Style
Many different regions have baklava and each is unique to its own region. We craft Lebanese baklava. If you are used to baklava from another region, prepare to enjoy something slightly different!
Many! We offer assorted mix packs so you can try them all!
We use four nuts including pistachios, cashews, almonds and walnuts in our baklava. Most varieties are filled with a single kind of nut. Our triangles are the exception with a three-nut mix of cashews, walnuts and almonds.
Our baklava is true to its origins. Using centuries-old recipes, we prefer our baklava in its purest form. Buttery, crunchy phyllo dough, premium nuts and simple syrup with a touch of honey is what you'll find here. Enjoy!
